I wrote this two years ago. Thanks again everyone who comes here to read every day, every month, or just once:

“• I’m thankful that I get to write again. As a graduate of Syracuse’s vaunted Newhouse School of Public Communication and an alumnus of ABC News and CNBC, a big part of my enjoyment in life was missing when I decided to switch professions. It is now back. And your visits to our pub validate my passion. Thank…you. (I swear I’m hunting down the typos like rabbits in this piece.)”

Caught Mikey Bradley yesterday vs ACM and I have to say I really like the way he is playing and the role that he’s put in. Essentially he’s in a left sided version of his role on the right side in the last USMNT match. Still doesn’t attack aggressively enough but I think that’s just getting comfortable in the defensive side of the ball.
Absolutely crushed a difficult volley at top of the box that went 6 inches wide. He deserved the goal.
They were obviously outclassed by Milan but he performed admirably and did many of the things you’d want to see him do ie moving the ball forward, defending positionally etc.
Looking forward to seeing his continued growth.

  5. We’re involved with Street Soccer USA—specifically with the Richmond team—so want to give an extra shout out to whole organization. Top people.
