what a game, credit to both teams. man united held on inspite of that final push by citeh and much credit to man city for battling back a man down, because they could have rolled over and lost this game by five or six.

Clint and Landon will be on the same side, no? Should be interesting indeed.

      • I think it depends on what Fulham’s striker situation is. The last game I caught for them Dempsey was “on the left” but it looked more like they were playing the Box of Strikers formation that Brazil tried when Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, and Kaka were all in their pomp.

If Mancini wasn’t so uber reliant on his midfield rotation, City wouldn’t have dropped the crucial points they did in this past month. Adam Johnson on one side, David Silva on the other, too easy.

That photo of Scholes shooting is from the goal he scored on the volley, outside the box, from a Beckham corner right? Against Bradford City if my memory serves me correct… just curious!

    Happy New Year, all.

Really? Straight red on a straight on midfield 50/50 ball where Kompany wins the ball 11 mins into a huge match? I really do not get how there are not more inquiries into refing decisions. Fine, show a yellow, and get on with the game.
    Rubbish.
